Five Dollar Faithful was created to inspire and elevate small businesses in underdeveloped communities. Our vision is to reinvest fundraised money into small businesses in areas with underwhelming resources to thrive. We directly partner with those businesses to discover their growth opportunities while creating actionable steps to improve their conditions and promote their success.
Our donations will go towards improving these businesses by upgrading their equipment, enhancing their resources and beautifying their facilities. Our goal is that we can provide opportunities for these businesses to attract a larger clientele or improve overall public opinion while generating income as they scale.
The Five Dollar Faithful program is pillared on transparency and accountability. All those who participate will know exactly what businesses will be assisted from the program and what specific benefits the community funds will be going to in order to elevate that business. Participants of the program, who we like to call “faithfuls” are able to see the change they create through social media and monthly newsletters. They also have the ability to be the change. By participating in volunteer opportunities “faithfuls” will offer aid to those specific businesses and provide hands on support.
Do you know a small business that could use a helping hand? Nominate that business by telling us their story as well as the resources they deem essential to be successful.
We will efficiently coordinate with selected partners by providing them a roadmap of our operations and larger vision. The simple, but effective way we want to gain exposure is through social media marketing and good old fashioned word of mouth. With these methods, we hope to create an organic movement that is promoted by the community, for the community.
